Designed for product recovery and other severe service applications. This drying technology arises from years of experience in soap plant glycerin and inorganic salt recovery. Our precision centrifugally balanced blade design delivers higher efficiency the balance and weighting cause the blade to ride truer and quieter on the film, giving higher product quality by heavily reducing entrainment.

The advanced wiper geometry reduces splashing to a minimum, meaning the time between required wash cycles is at least three to four times longer than previously experienced. 

Wet product (3050% w/w slurry) is conveyed by rotor blades along the heated wall in a thin film, normally several millimeters thick continuously exposing every particle to the heated surface. Moisture levels from a few tenths of a percent up to 5%+ can be achieved. Widely used to convert liquids, slurries, and pastes to free-flowing solids in continuous, single-pass operation.
